Age Limit for Air India Limited Recruitment
The age limit required to apply for Air India Recruitment 2021 for Ground Staff is given below.
Experienced Cabin Crew
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
Trainee Cabin Crew
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
However, age relaxations are applicable up to 5 years for SC/ ST categories and 3 years for OBC category.
Educational Qualification for Air India Cabin Crew Jobs
- Aspirants must have done Graduation degree or 10+2 and three years degree/ diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or Travel & Tourism.
- Candidates applying under Experienced Cabin Crew category must be working as a Cabin Crew in a scheduled Airline with minimum 1 year experience and a valid SEP for Airbus or Boeing family aircraft. Whereas for Trainee Cabin Crew category, no experience is required.
- Postulants must have fluency in English and Hindi language.

Air India Cabin Crew Selection Process
The selection process of Air India Female Cabin Crew Recruitment 2021 is as follows. All the eligible candidates should note that they should appear for the Selection process in Saree.
Experienced Cabin Crew
Aspirants who were applying under Experienced Cabin Crew category will be selected based on the Walk-in Interview. Shortlisted candidates of this round must appear for Preliminary Medical exam.
Trainee Cabin Crew
The officials of Air India Limited will select the candidates applied for Trainee Cabin Crew category on the basis of Preliminary Medical Exam consisting of Height and BMI check followed by a Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD&PAT). Candidates who qualify in this GD & PAT rounds should appear for the written test.
At the time of selection process, candidates should bring 2 postcard size full-length photographs, photocopies of testimonials in support of their Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience, etc.

Application Fee
Postulants of Air India Cabin Crew Recruitment 2021 need to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- through a non-refundable Demand Draft in favor of Air India Limited, payable at Delhi. There is no application fee for SC/ ST categories.
Air India Ground Staff Salary
- During training period: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
- After successful completion of Training: Rs. 18,400/- + other allowances.
