PH:
Candidates have to submit a physically handicapped certificate issued by District Medical Board
CAP:
- Candidates should submit CAP certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
- Should produce Discharge Card, Identity Card at the time of verification.
Minority:
- Candidates have to submit SSC Transfer Certificate containing religion such as Muslim, Christian and others).
- In the case of absence of TC, candidates must submit a certificate issued by Head of Institution in which the student has studied SSC or its equivalent exam.

The AP ECET 2021 web counselling contains the following stages. The AP ECET Online counselling comprises of the following steps.
Step-1: Payment of Fee
- First, the candidate has to visit the official website.
- Then find the Processing Fee Payment link.
- click on that link and enter your hall ticket number and rank.
- Then click on the online fee payment option.
- Now, the candidate is directed to fee payment gateway.
- Select any one of mode payment. i.e credit card/debit card/net banking and enter all the details.
- After APECET Online fee payment, a receipt will be displayed.
- Take a printout of the acknowledgement and submit it at the time of certificate verification.
Step-2: Certificate Verification
- From the given helpline centres, the candidates have to select any of the nearest centres to participate in the AP ECET 2021 Counselling.
- The candidates have to carry all the necessary documents along with originals and two sets of xerox copies.
- After completion of verification of certificates, then the candidates have to pay either through offline or online.
Step-3: Web Options Entry
- Now the candidate has to exercise the options.
- Fill the AP ECET counselling web options within given time period.
- Enter more options of their preferred colleges and courses.
- Save all the choices that you have filled.
Step-4: Seat Allotment
- The candidates will be allocated a seat based on the options entered, category, rank scored and seat availability.
- After few days of completion of web options entry, the officials declare AP ECET 2021 Counselling results.
- The candidates can check the AP ECET 2021 counselling results by downloading the allotment order from the official website.
- Also, the AP ECET allotment status will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
Step-5: Reporting at the alloted colleges

- If the candidate fails to visit the college within a given time period, then the seat alloted gets cancelled.
