The State Board of Technical Education (SBTET) will conduct the POLYCET AP Counselling process. So, all the candidates those who got ranks in the Andhra Pradesh Polycet Exam must know the complete details about the AP CEEP Counselling before going to attending the Counselling. The first step in AP POLYCET 2021 Counselling is AP POLYCET Certificate Verification 2021 & then AP POLYCET Web Counselling. Seat allotment will be performed as per the choice of students.

Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test(AP POLYCET) is conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Training, Hyderabad. AP POLYCET is also known as CEEP 2021 Exam.  AP POLYCET Counselling Procedure 2021 – Polytechnic Counselling Schedule AP

Every year, SBTET conducts CEEP Exam in order to admit eligible candidates into various colleges across AP to study Polytechnic courses. In the same way, the notification for AP Polytechnic Exam 2021 will be released this year. Thousands of students will appear for AP CEEP Exam and finally, shortlisted candidates will undergo a process called AP Polytechnic Counselling 2021. APPOLYCET Counselling 2021 consists of various stages which are listed below.

• Document Verification Process.
• Fee Payment.
• Web Counselling Process.
• Allotment of seats.

AP CEEP (POLYCET) Counselling – AP Polytechnic Certificate Verification

The AP polytechnic certificate verification process will start from 30th May 2021 onwards. Till,  06th June 2021, candidates are eligible for the certificate verification process. Please follow the below details to know the documents required for the AP Polytechnic Certificate verification.

Required documents for AP POLYCET Counselling 2021

Applicants must report at the AP POLYCET 2021 Counselling Venue with the certificates mentioned below in order to get verified by the officials. No candidate will be allowed to undergo the AP POLYCET Counselling Process without any of the documents.

1. SSC Marks sheet or its Equivalent as a proof of age.
2. 12th class mark list if applicable.
3. APPolycet Rank Card 2021.
4. AP POLYCET 2021 Hall Ticket.
5. Transfer Certificate(TC).
6. Study or Bonafide Certificate from 4th to 10th classes.
7. Income Certificate.
8. Aadhar Card.

Certificates Required for PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority/Anglo-Indian Candidates

1. Candidates belonging to the PH have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. The Candidates those who have a 40% & above disability will only be considered under PH category.
2. CAP Students have to submit the certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer along with the Identity Card and Discharge Book for verification.
3. The Anglo-Indian students must have to provide a certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of residence.

• All the qualified candidates who wish to attend AP POLYCET Counselling 2021 must check CEEP Rank Wise Counselling Dates 2021 from the official website.
• Check AP POLYCET Counselling dates 2021 along with Venue and time.
• Visit the AP POLYCET 2021 Counselling Helpline center on the specified date.
• Wait for the verification officials to call your name and when your turn comes, go and pay the fee as mentioned in the above sections.
• Then, you should submit the Original & Xerox copies of certificates asked by them.
• Keep the AP POLYCET 2021 Counselling Fee Receipt safe as it will be useful at the time of AP POLYCET 2021 Web counseling.

CEEP Web Counselling Procedure 2021

• Firstly, you must visit the AP POLYCET official website appolycet.nic.in
• Click on AP Polycet Web Options link in order to exercise the options of your choice.
• Enter the mandatory details like AP POLYCET Hall Ticket number in the given space.
• Click on submit button & then you will be redirected to AP POLYCET Web Options Portal.
• You can opt for any colleges and branches of your choice.
• Save and submit the entered options.
• After some days, you will receive a text message to the mobile number with details of AP POLYCET Allotment 2021.
• You must download AP POLYCET Allotment Order 2021 for future purpose.

After the completion of the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Counselling Procedure, the officials will take some time to publish the AP Polytechnic Seat allotment orders. So, all the candidates may download their seat allotment order to join the respective college.

02nd Phase Counselling Schedule for AP POLYCET 2021

The Leftover seats in the various polytechnic colleges across the AP State have been announced by the SBTET Officials after the completion of the 01st round counselling process. So, candidates those who haven’t attended the counselling process earlier should attend the certificate verifications from any of the designated helpline centers. The Officials will place the seat allotment letters of the candidates participating in the AP Polytechnic 02nd round counselling on 01st July 2021.
