Here is the good news for candidates who are waiting for the release of JEE Advanced Counselling Dates 2018. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) releases the Counselling Schedule for Joint Entrance Exam Advanced 2018. Every year, JoSAA conducts Counselling and Seat Allotment for qualified students of JEE Advanced Exam 2018. This, year JoSAA has scheduled the Counselling for JEE Advanced from June to July 2018. JoSAA offers Seat Allotment to IITs & ISM Dhanbad. JEE Advanced Counselling & Seat Allotment Procedure includes Counselling Registration, Choice Filling, Locking, Seat Allotment & Reporting. Joint Seat Allocation Authority will conduct JEE Advanced 2018 Counselling and Seat Allotment in six rounds. For further details of JoSAA Counselling 2018, refer below sections.
JEE Advanced 2018 is a National Level Exam managed by Seven zonal Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). It is conducted in order to get admissions into B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree Programmes. Indian Institutes of Technology and Indian School of Mines offers these Programmes. All the candidates who have qualified in JEE Main 2018 can apply from April 2018. Officials will conduct JEE Advanced Exam 2018 on 20th May 2018. JEE Advanced Result 2018 will release in June 2018. JoSAA 2018 Counselling is expected to commence in the fourth week of June 2018.

JOSAA Seat Acceptance Fee 2018
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/SC-PwD/ST-PWD/GEN-PwD/OBC-NCL-PwD categories must pay Rs. 20,000/- as the seat acceptance fee.
- Other category candidates should pay Rs. 45,000/-.
Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay seat acceptance fee in order to confirm their seat. The structure of JOSAA 2018 Seat Acceptance Fee is given above.
JEE Advanced 2018 Counselling Procedure
Go through the below provided steps during the JEE Advanced counseling. The candidates who qualify in the JEE Advanced 2018 exam will be eligible for the Counseling.

Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates who have qualified in Joint Entrance Exam Advanced 2018 must register in all participating Institutions. Without registration, Officials will not allocate the seat to the candidates.
Step 2: Choice Filling
After registration, aspirants must fill the choices of Courses & Institutions according to their preference. Candidates must fill as many choices as possible. Students can modify their choices and add new ones till the last date.
Step 3: Choice Lock
Candidates must lock their choices after filling. If the students don’t lock the filled choices, they will be locked immediately.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
After few days of locking the choices, aspirants will get an Email or SMS regarding JEE Advanced Seat Allotment 2018. Candidates should download their seat allotment letter from the official link, which will be provided on this website shortly.
Step 5: Seat Acceptance
Candidates who got a seat must deposit the Seat Acceptance Fee in order to claim their admission. Students must also get their documents verified at any Helpline Center for Provisional Seat Acceptance. Candidates can pay the fee either through e-Challan or SBI Net Banking. The Seat Acceptance Fee is Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST/SC-PwD/ST-PwD/GEN-PwD/OBC-NCL-PwD and for other categories, it is Rs. 45,000/-.
Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted College
IITs & ISM will publish the Reporting Schedule within few weeks of Seat Acceptance. It is important for all the students to report at the allotted college within a stipulated time.
