JEECUP Counselling 2021

JEECUP Counselling Dates are announced by Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE). Many of the candidates those qualified in the JEECUP entrance test can attend the First Round Counselling earlier. From July 2021, the JEECUP second round counselling process will be started. So, candidates who are not satisfied with the seat obtained during the first round counselling may attend the second round counselling now. UP Polytechnic Counselling 2021 is conducted through Online only. First of all, aspirants must register in Online for JEECUP Counselling Process 2021. Every year, Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education conducts Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP. JEECUP Exam 2021 is held every year in order to provide admissions for candidates into various courses of Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy etc. JEECUP Exam is also referred as UP Polytechnic Entrance Examination. The Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Counselling 2021 involves the following steps.

Step 1 – Online Registration

Candidates should register for UP Polytechnic Online Counselling 2021 through online from the official website. Aspirants can register Online with “Application Number” & “Password”. After the completion of registration, candidates must submit the JEECUP Counselling Fee.

Step 2 – Choice Filling

Candidates, whose registrations are completed, can choose the Courses and Institutes as per their preference. Candidates can select any number of choices. After selecting all the choices, aspirants must lock the filled choices. For better seat allotment, students must choose the maximum number of choices.

Step 3 – Certificate Verification

Aspirants who have completed their Choice filling process can only get their documents verified. You must get your certificates physically verified in the helpline centers allotted. Verification Authorities will verify the documents and if all the certificates are found correct, they will upload in Online.

Step 4 – Seat Allotment & Fee Deposition

After the successful completion of UP Polytechnic Certificate Verification Process, Officials will allot seats to candidates. All the candidates who secured a seat must pay Rs. 3000/- as the security fee. Aspirants who submit the Security fee have two options.
Freeze: In this process, the seat allotted to the candidates will be final & Candidates have no chance of attending further rounds of JEECUP Counselling 2021. Finally, Candidates should download the JEECUP Seat Allotment letter.
Float: In this process, aspirants have the option to upgrade & participate in other rounds of Counselling.

Step 5 – Reporting at the Allotted College

Candidates must report at the allotted college within the given time frame & confirm their seats.
