In case of an equal score or equal percentile by the participants in MAH-CET 2021 then the following order of preference will be considered to finalize the Maharashtra CET Result 2021.

• Firstly, they prefer the higher percentage of marks secured in the aggregate at the HSC (Std. XII) or its equivalent examination.
• If the tie still exists, the higher percentage of the marks scored in the aggregate at the SSC (Std. X) or any equivalent examination will be considered.
• At the final stage, the Date of Birth of the aspirants will be taken into consideration and allocate the best rank to the older candidate.
