MH CET is popularly known as Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. MHT CET is a state level entrance test organized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra.
The MHCET Entrance Exam is conducted to provide the admissions into the UG courses in the field of Engineering & Technology, pharmacy in the colleges of Maharashtra. - Aspirants must be the citizens of India.
- Aadhar number is mandatory to apply for the exam.
Educational Qualification
For Engineering Courses
- Candidates should have passed the HSC/10+2/Intermediate exam with Physics, Mathematics, English, chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical vocational subjects.
- Aspirants should have completed the Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks for general whereas 45% for SC/ST candidates.
- Also, those candidates who are appearing for 10+2 can apply for the Maharashtra Entrance Test.
For Pharmacy Courses
- Aspirants must have completed HSC/10+2 with English, Physics, chemistry & Mathematics /Biology/Biotechnology/Technical vocational subject.
- Candidates have to secure minimum 45% marks for unreserved & 40% marks for reserved applicants.
For Allied & Health Sciences
- Applicants should have completed 12th class with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology as main subjects.
Age Limit
- No age limit for the candidates applying for MHT-CET Exam 2020.

MAHCET Syllabus 2020
The MHT-CET 2020 Syllabus comprises of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics. MH CET Syllabus is same as that of HSC Examination of HSC Board of Maharashtra. Candidates have to plan & prepare for the exam as per the syllabus.
MH CET 2020 Exam Pattern
The Maharashtra CET Exam Pattern 2020 is as follows.
- MHCET is offline (pen & paper based) mode.
- The medium of the exam is English or Urdu or Marathi.
- The exam paper consists of three papers.
- MH CET consists of objective type questions.
- Each paper is of 100 marks.
- No negative marking for wrong answers.
- The duration of the exam is 1 1/2 hours for each paper.
- Only use black ink ballpoint pen to put answers.

Check MHCET Result 2020
The MHCET 2020 Result will be announced on or before 3rd June 2020. The merit list is prepared separately for different courses. Candidates have to check the result & take the printout of the result for future use. The result includes the scores obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. The Officials will release the merit list in June 2020.
Download MHT CET Rank Card 2020
The DTE, Maharashtra will release the MHT CET 2020 Rank Card for through online. Qualified candidates of the exam have to download the Score Card to attend the further admission process. Without the rank card, candidates are not eligible to get the admissions in the desired courses.
MH CET 2020 Counselling
The admissions into colleges under MHT CET 2020 is on the basis of Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The MHT CET 2020 Counselling is carried out by the DTE Maharashtra.
