NEET is abbreviated as National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET Exam is a national level medical entrance test regulated by CBSE Board. CBSE NEET is held to provide the admissions into undergraduate and postgraduate MBBS/BDS/MS/MD/PG Diploma courses offered by the private or government medical colleges in India.
This Entrance exam conducts once in the year. Many of the colleges will consider NEET score to provide the seats into UG & PG courses in medical/dental colleges. Every year, the Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct NEET UG in the month of May and NEET PG in the month of December.

NEET 2021 Notification
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will dispatch NEET Notification 2021 in January 2021. This Entrance Exam is compulsory for the candidates who want to join in the medical courses. What is new in NEET 2021
- The AIPVT Exam is replaced by NEET Exam from 2021 onwards.
- Candidates can attempt 3 times until he/she will reach the upper age limit of 25 years for general and 30 years for reserved candidates.
- NEET 2021 Exam is conducted in English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, and Kannada.
- Aadhar Card is mandatory for the candidates to apply for NEET 2021.

NEET Eligibility Details 2021
Candidates who are willing to apply for NEET 2021 have to check the eligibility details provided below.
Nationality
- Candidates should be the citizen of India or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
Educational Qualification
- Aspirants must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board.Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology or any elective subject with English.
- General students have to secure minimum 50% marks in PCB, 45% for general PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Age Limit
The minimum & maximum age limit of the applicants as on 31st December is as follows.
- Minimum: 17 years
- Maximum: 25 years
The upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable to the reserved candidates.
CBSE NEET Seat Reservation
The reservation of the seats for the candidates of different categories is as follows.
- SC: 15%
- ST: 7.5%
- OBC: 27%
- PH: 3%
The admissions into MBBS/BDS courses are provided through NEET UG 2021. The seats are divided among the following categories.
- All India Quota Seats
- State Government Quota Seats
- State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University

NEET Registration – NEET 2021 Application Form
Candidates have to go through online to apply for NEET 2021. The NEET 2021 Application form is available through online from January to March 2021. The authority has also provided the application form correction facility. After the submission of the application form, candidates have to take the printout of the application form for further reference. No hard copy of the application form is sent to the candidates through post.

CBSE NEET Syllabus 2021

- The exam consists of total 180 questions.

NEET Answer Key 2021
The CBSE will release NEET 2021 Answer Key in the month of 6th June 2021. The officials will publish the answer keys for all the sets through online. Candidates can get the rough idea of their performance by crosschecking the answer paper with the exam key. Candidates who are not feeling well with the answer for any particular question can challenge against the answer by paying Rs. 1000/- per answer. The fee is refunded to the aspirants if the challenge is accepted by the board.

The Officials publish NEET Cut Off Marks 2021 in the month of June 2021 soon after the declaration of the results. Cut Off is the minimum qualifying marks the candidates have to secure to qualify the exam. The minimum cut off is 50% of the total marks for general, 45% marks in case of PH, and 40% marks for the reserved category.

Result of NEET 2021
The CBSE Board will take the responsibility to publish the NEET 2021 Results. Candidates have to get ready the hall ticket number & password or date of birth to check through online. The All India merit list is prepared by the officials on the basis of the eligibility criteria & marks obtained by the candidates in the exam.
The release of the merit list is followed by the declaration of the results. The rank list/merit list reflects the score and rank of the candidates in the exam. A number of candidates in the merit list is equal to the seat availability in MBBS/BDS programs under 15% All India Quota.
