NID Admission 2021

The National Institute of Design (NID) has announced the Counselling Schedule for National Institute of Design DAT 2021. Eligible candidates can get admission in National Institute of Design through NID DAT Counselling 2021. National Institute of Design will organize the Counselling for NID Design Aptitude Test 2021 in the month of June and July. Counselling Process is conducted in order to offer admissions to interested aspirants to 4-year Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) Programmes. The officials of National Institute of Design will hold the Counselling of NID DAT 2021 after the completion of stages of the Admission process. There are three stages of Admission Process. They are Design Aptitude Test, Studio Test, and Personal Interview. The most noteworthy point is that mere appearance for Design Aptitude Test or inclusion of name in the rank list will not guarantee Candidates’ admission to the Institute.

The NID (National Institute of Design) has come into existence in the year 1961. It has three campuses at Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru. This Institute offers various Courses of Under Graduation & Post Graduation in Design Field. Candidates get admitted to these Courses based on their performance in Design Aptitude Test (DAT Prelims and Mains). As per NID 2021 Notification, DAT Prelims Test 2021 is held on 8th January 2021. NID DAT Prelims 2021 Results will be declared on 28th February 2021. Officials will conduct NID Admission in the month of July 2021.

NID Admission Procedure

• Shortlisted students can start the NID 2021 Admission process and will get admission in National Institute of Design based on Category wise and Final Merit list.
• Conducting Authority will intimate the candidates about the NID 2021 Counselling Dates.
• Students must report at the Counselling Centre on the respective date and time.
• We advise all the shortlisted aspirants to carry the Original Documents at the time of NID DAT Counselling 2021.
• The certificates must include relevant caste, disability, and valid Educational Documents.
• Students must pay the requisite Counselling fee in order to proceed with next rounds.
• The officials will cancel the admission of the candidate if the he/she does not produce the Original Certificates & pay the fee.
