4. Now in next page click on ‘Click here for Challan generation’.
5. Fill the details and click on ‘Save’ button. Thereafter PGIMER 2021 Application Form and Challan gets generated.
6. Take the printout of PGI application form and Challan. Fill this application form with BLUE/BLACK Pen in Block letters.
7. After filling the application form, deposit the application fee through challan.
