TS ECET Counselling 2021

Candidates who have qualified in the TS ECET 2021 exam are eligible to apply for TS ECET 2021 counselling. Telangana ECET 2021 Counselling Schedule | TSECET 2021 Counselling Dates

Documents Required for TS ECET 2021 Counselling

After completion of the TS ECET Counselling 2021, candidates should be ready with the following documents. All the candidates are instructed to carry the following documents to the counselling centre for certificate verification.

• Income Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Transfer Certificate

• 10th & 12th Marks Sheet
• Integrated Community Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Study Certificates from IV to Diploma (study certificates for B.Sc candidates from IX to Diploma).

Required Certificates for PH/CAP/Sports/NCC Candidates

CAP:

• The candidates who parents are domicile of Telangana/AP states are eligible for consideration under CAP category.
• Ex-servicemen candidates should produce a certificate of service issued from Zilla Sainik Officer.
• Also, produce Discharge book, identity proof for certificate verification.

PH:

• Physically Handicapped students must produce a certificate issued by Medical Officer
• The candidates with 40% and above are considered under PH category.

Minorities:

• Candidates must submit SSC Transfer Certificate which should contain religion as minority or certificate from Head Master.

Sports:

• Athletes should submit original and xerox copies of sports certificates.

NCC:

• Candidates should submit National Cadet Corps (NCC) A/B/C original certificates along with xerox copies at the time of certificate verification.

TS ECET Web Counselling 2021

Step-1: Registration

1. Candidates should check the rank wise TS ECET counselling dates and counselling centres alloted to them.
2. Carry the required documents while attending the TS ECET counselling venue.
3. Next, pay the TS ECET Counselling fee.
4. Collect the receipt after fee payment.
5. Then, check all the details on the verification form.
6. Wait until your name is announced for verification of certificates.

Step-2: Verification of Documents

1. Carry the certificates to the verification counter.
2. Submit all the documents along with xerox copies to the officials.
3. After completion of verification, candidates will receive an acknowledgement as a proof of completion of verification of certificates.

Step-3: TS ECET Web Counselling 2021

1. To exercise the options, candidates have to register himself by visiting the official website.
2. Enter registration number(available on the acknowledgement), hall ticket number, date of birth, rank. Then create a password.
3. Now log into your account.
4. Then enter OTP which will be received to your registered mobile number.
5. Next, in the web options entry, fill the choices of your preferred college and courses.
6. Give higher priority to top colleges.
7. After filling all the options, save your options immediately as you lose data in case of power failure.
8. After filling all the options, take print out of the TS ECET web options entry form.
9. Log out of your account.

Step-4: Seat Allotment

1. After exercising options, within few days TS ECET Counselling results will be announced.
2. Candidates can check the TS ECET 2021 counselling results(seat allotment) on the official website by downloading the TS ECET 2021 Allotment Order.
3. Also, candidates can receive the seat allotment details to the registered mobile number through SMS.

Step-5: Reporting at the Alloted College

1. Candidates have to download the allotment order and report at the Institute along with required documents to confirm their admission before the last date.
2. If the candidate fails to report, his allotment will be cancelled.
