ECET is abbreviated as Engineering Common Entrance Test. This examination is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in the Telangana region every year on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education). Required Documents for TS ECET 2021 Counselling

The candidates attending for the TS ECET Counselling 2021 should carry the following documents

• TS ECET Rank Card 2021.
• TS ECET 2021 Hall Ticket.
• SSC Marks Memo or equivalent.
• Diploma / Degree Memorandum of Marks.
• Diploma / Degree Provisional Certificate.
• Study Certificate from IV to Diploma (9th class to degree in case of B.Sc).
• Transfer Certificate (T.C).
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2021 by competent authority, if applicable.
• Integrated Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
• Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) / National Cadet Crops (NCC) / Sports and Games / Minority certificate, if applicable.
• Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
• Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.

Certificates required for PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ Minority candidates for TS ECET 2021 Counselling

For PH Candidates:

• Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate issued by a Medical Board.
• 40% and above disability is accepted for reservation.

For Minority Candidates:

• SSC Transfer Certificate which consists of Minority Status.

For NCC Candidates:

• National Cadet Corps certificate from concerned authorities.

For CAP Candidates:

• Ex-Service Men should produce a Service Certificate from Zilla Sainik Officer.
• Identity card
• Discharge Book for the purpose of verification
• Candidates whose parents are domicile of Telangana/ AP are eligible for consideration under CAP category.
• Service Certificate of the presently working persons specifying the relationship with the candidate.

Step 1: Registration Process for Certificate Verification

• Candidates who wish to attend for TS ECET Counselling 2021 must check Rank wise dates & Helpline Centres allocated to them carefully.
• You must ensure that you carry all the required documents before reporting at Telangana ECET Counselling Venue.
• You should pay Telangana ECET Counselling fee.
• Collect the receipt generated by the computer.
• Then, you must take the Registration-Cum-Verification form, and check whether the mobile number is correct or not.
• Enter your TS ECET Hall ticket number, Mobile number, and Personal Details in the registration book.
• Wait for the officials to call your name for Certificate Verification.

Step 2: Document Verification

• The officials will call your number and then, you have to get your certificates verified.
• You should submit your Original certificates along with two attached Photocopies of it.
• Also, you must submit your caste certificate if you belong to OBC, SC, and ST categories.
• Collect the manual option form and leave the Counselling hall.
• Registration Fee receipt will contain the Registration ID and Password.
• Hence, preserve the receipt for performing web options.

• In order to attend for Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test Web Counselling, the candidates must have completed their Certificate Verification Process.
• Log on to official website.
• Click on “Web Options Entry”.
• Perform the web options with Colleges and Courses of your interest.
• Save the filled options and submit the options.
• TS ECET Seat Allotment is given by JNTU Hyderabad.
• Finally, you will get Telangana ECET Allotment Order details through a text message sent by the authority.
