1 Telangana LAWCET 2020 Overview

TS LAWCET is referred as Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test. LAWCET is a state level entrance test. The law entrance exam is conducted by the Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher education (TSCHE). Telangana LawCET Exam is conducted once in a year to offer the seats in the law courses in the colleges of Telangana.

Through Law CET Exam, the university will provide the admissions into undergraduate law courses offered by the universities/colleges. The university will offer the 3 years or 5 years LLB courses in the law colleges of Telangana through the exam.

TS LawCET 2020 Notification

TS LAWCET 2020 Notification is released on 10th March 2020. Candidates who wish to start their career in the field of law can check the lawcet 2020 eligibility. Then after, interested and eligible candidates can apply for the TSLAWCET Exam through online. The application forms are available from March 2020.

The Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE released the LAWCET 2020 Notification on 10th March 2020. Candidates who want to join in the law colleges can fill & submit the application form through online. The TS LAWCET/ PGLCET online application is available through online. So, interested aspirants have to go through online, check the eligibility & apply for TSLAWCET 2020 Exam.

There are total 4090 seats available this year. Out of which 3190 seats for 3-year LL.B courses and 1480 for 5-year LL.B courses. The total seats are divided among the courses as tabulated below. Courses offered through LawCET Telangana 2020

The law courses offered by the OU for the successful candidates of the LAWCET 2020 Exam is as follows. Candidates who have completed intermediate have eligibility to join in the 5 years course. The aspirants who have passed a degree are eligible to join in the 3 years law courses.

Telangana LAWCET 2020 Eligibility

The eligibility criteria such as educational qualification, age limit, nationality, etc are attached below. Candidates who are willing to apply for TS LawCET 2020 Entrance Exam have to check the eligibility conditions provided below.

Nationality

Candidates must be the citizen of India.
Aspirants should satisfy the local or non-local status requirements.

Educational Qualification

For LL.B course (3 years): Candidates should have passed the graduation from the recognized institution with at least 45% marks.
For LLB course (5 years): Aspirants must have completed the 12th or equivalent exam with minimum 45% marks.
SC/ST candidates have the relaxation of 5% marks in the aggregate.

TS LAWCET 2020 Age Limit

There are no age restrictions for the admissions into the law courses.

Application Fee

The TS LawCET registration fee is different for the different categories.

TS LAWCET Exam Pattern 2020

TS LAWCET 2020 Exam Pattern comprises of three parts. Part- A, B & C. The TSLAWCET Paper Pattern 2020 is as follows.

The exam paper is in English & Telugu language.
LawCET Exam is of online mode.
Law Entrance Exam consists of 120 objective type questions.
The duration of the exam is 90 minutes (1 1/2 hour).
No negative marking in the exam for the wrong answers.

The Telangana (TS) 2020 Admit Card will be available from 15th May 2020. The officials will not send the hall ticket to the candidates individually. Candidates have to download the TS LawCET Hall Ticket 2020 through the online itself. The Admit card is compulsory for the candidates to attend the exam. The hall ticket contains the exam date, venue, exam time, roll number, candidate’s name, etc.

The TSLAWCET Answer Key 2020 is provided through online from 23rd May 2020 onwards. Candidates can know the marks/score obtained in the exam by cross-checking the exam paper with the TSLawcet answer key 2020. Through the Telangana Lawcet 2020 Answer key, candidates can estimate the performance in the exam & there is a possibility to take the further step in the bright future. Within the few days, the officials will release the cut off also. So, check your marks and tally with the cutoff marks whether you are eligible to get the admissions or not.

Telangana LAWCET Cut Off 2020

The TSLAWCET 2020 cut off marks are minimum marks the candidates have to gain in the exam to qualify in the exam. Candidates have to obtain 35% marks to crack the exam. No qualifying marks for the SC/ST candidates. The cut off for different categories is as follows. The TS Lawcet Cut Off will vary on the basis of several factors such as

As the candidates have to enter the roll number & password to get the result. The officials will prepare the TSLAWCET Merit list of the candidates on the basis of the score obtained by them in the exam.

After the declaration of the results, candidates can download the TS LAWCET 2020 Rank Card in the month of June 2020. Candidates have to enter the valid roll number & password to get the TSLawCET 2020 Rank Card. The rank card is valid to get the admissions into the law courses for this academic year only.

LAWCET 2020 Counseling TS

The admissions into the desired courses are provided for the candidates through the TS Lawcet Counseling 2020. Candidates who are wishing to join in the law courses have to attend the admission process on the TS LAWCET Counseling Dates 2020.

Contenders have to register for the Telangana Lawcet Counseling process through online. Aspirants have to compulsory attend the counseling to get the admissions in the law colleges. In case, candidates have missed/failed to attend the counseling process, you will not get the seats in the law courses in the colleges of Telangana.

As the rank card is valid for one year only, we advise the candidates to don’t miss the opportunity. At the time of counseling, aspirants have to submit all the original certificates, pay the TSLAWCET Counseling Fee, and confirm the seats in the respective colleges by reporting.
