TS POLYCET is conducted every year by State Board of Technical Education & Training(SBTET), Hyderabad. The main reason for conducting Telangana POLYCET Exam 2021 is to provide admissions for all the qualified candidates into Polytechnic Colleges across Telangana State. Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test has become one of the toughest exams, as many students are applying year by year. TS POLYCET 2021 Notification is scheduled to be released in the first week of March 2021. Telangana POLYCET 2021 will be conducted in the third week of April 2021. TS POLYCET 2021 Results are expected to release in the first week of May 2021 and TS POLYCET 2021 Counselling will begin in the first week of July 2021. Polytechnic Counselling Schedule Process – Telangana POLYCET Counselling Process 2021

TS POLYCET 2021 Counselling Process takes place in the following stages.

1. Document Verification.
2. Fee Payment.
3. Web Options (Choice of colleges).
4. Options Modification.
5. Allotment of the seats.

Telangana POLYCET Counselling 2021 Certificate Verification documents

The first phase of TS POLYCET 2021 Counselling is the verification of certificates. Aspirants must produce the required documents while attending for TS POLYCET Counselling 2021. The complete list of certificates to be carried to the Counselling Venue is given below.

• TSPOLYCET 2021 Rank Card
• TSPOLYCET-2021 Hall Ticket.
• Aadhar Card.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
• IV to X Study Certificates.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C).
• Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2021 by the responsible authority (if applicable).
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
• Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/NCC/SPORTS/Minority Certificate, if applicable.
• Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana State for a period of 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.
• Residence Certificate of a candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no regulated education.

Certificates need to produced by PH/NCC/CAP/Sports/Minority Candidates

Students belonging to PH/NCC/Sports/CAP/Minority categories must bring the following set of documents to TS POLYCET Counselling Venue.

Physically Handicapped Candidates:

• Medical Certificate which is issued by District Medical Board.
• Aspirants with 40% and above disability are only eligible for TS POLYCET Counselling Process.

CAP Candidates:

• Identity card.
• Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer
• Service certificate issued by Competent Authority for verification(In case of Servicemen)
• Discharge book(in case of Ex-service men)
• Aspirants whose parents are domiciled based on the Permanent Address declared by them while joining the service & as recorded in their Service Register will only be considered under “CAP” Category.

Minorities:

• SSC TC containing Minority Certificate or Status from the Head Master.

NCC & Sports:

• Candidates need to produce original certificates issued by the competent authorities.
