WBJEE 2018 Counselling

Candidates will get the admission through Counselling of WBJEE 2018. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct the WBJEE Online Counselling. The candidates whose name is included in WBJEE Merit list are eligible for WBJEE Counselling 2018. Candidates must register for WBJEE 2018 Counselling Process only before the first round of WB JEE Seat Allotment 2018. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). It is a Centralized State Government Controlled Test, conducted every year to give admission to Under Graduate Courses such as Engineering, Medical, Architecture, Technology, Pharmacy, and Dental. Certificates required for WBJEE Counselling 2018

WBJEE 2018 Counselling Procedure

Aspirants who wish to attend for WB Joint Entrance Examination Counselling 2018 will go through six steps of WBJEE Counselling 2018. The details of the six steps are provided below.

Online Registration:

First of all, eligible candidates must register for the WBJEE Online Counselling 2018. The Board will carry WBJEE Counselling Registration only once in the first round of Counselling. Candidates have no chance to register in the 2nd and 3rd round fo Counselling.

Fee Payment:

Candidates must pay the WBJEE 2018 Counselling fee after successful WBJEE e-Counselling Registration 2018. All the applicants must pay Rs. 500/- via e-Challan of Allahabad Bank & Credit or Debit Card.

Online Choice Filling:

Candidates must submit their choices in order of branch & Institution online. Officials will allow the aspirants to fill the choices only once before the First Round of Seat Allotment. Students should not perform new choices or change of choices during 2nd and 3rd Counselling.

Choice Locking:

Candidates should lock their filled choices before the last date. Aspirants must not perform any changes after the Choice Locking.

Seat Allotment:

Within few days after the submission of filled choices, the Board will allot seats to the candidates based on the merit and opted choices. You can check the WBJEE Counselling Result 2018 from the official website. All the Candidates must login to the official site to check their allotment. After that, they should pay the fees specified below.

Reporting at Reporting Center for Document Verification:

Students must personally report at the reporting center for verification of documents and other admission formalities within the given timeframe.

All successful allotted Students in their chosen institutions must deposit initial admission fees based on their category given in the below table. One should deposit the fee through Net Banking/ Credit card/ Debit card/ Bank Challan of Allahabad bank.

A professional admission letter will be issued to the aspirants at the reporting center after the successful fee payment. If all the certificates/ credentials are not found in order your seat will be automatically canceled and also you may or may not be eligible for further rounds of counseling.

Withdrawal of Seat Allotment
